Every case leaves evidence your auditor can use

Each case keeps the raw evidence I collected, what I concluded, who approved what, and how I confirmed the fix. You can export any case as a signed package, tagged to the control it supports, such as SOC 2’s monitoring and incident response controls.

AUDIT EVIDENCE
Our auditor wants evidence of incident response for Q3.
14 cases closed in Q3, 12 verified by a live check and 2 confirmed by their owners. I’ve exported them as signed PDF and JSON packages, tagged to SOC 2 CC7.

Ask it like this

“Export last quarter’s closed cases”“Show me how case 1042 was resolved”“How many cases were verified fixed this year?”

How it works

01Evidence firstI store every log, alert and API response I use exactly as received, with a fingerprint, before I interpret it.
02Keep facts and opinions apartWhat I concluded is stored separately from the evidence, so an AI guess can never overwrite a fact.
03Export when you need itSigned packages per case, or your whole account, whenever you ask.

Guardrails

  • A case counts as verified only when a live check matched the fix. Owner-confirmed cases are counted separately.
  • I don’t claim certifications. I give you evidence that your controls actually ran.
